I have created about 2 support topics so I think you should make a forum for just support. And one for resources which you can post skin sites, skins, graphic sites, graphics, and all of that. And about the support add a filled support forum so all questions that have already been filled can be moved their. And I saw that you had a section for admin cp I thought instead of just that other section you should add one for board management. Also forum reviews wouldn't be a bad add as well I used to do these for a couple of IF Skinning Forums so it is pretty easy.

We currently have most of those boards made already...they are just hidden. I had thought a great deal about this when I opened this site. I want to make sure there is enough traffic going through here before I open a board. Do you think a support board would work better, or a "Promotional Strategy"?

Well I think a support forum would be good but yeah but many people don't like to wait so they look at documentations. So I would suggest promotion, first off go to search engine submission. Join ton's of proboard forums, try to affiliate with them, have your signature in all of them, have a signature in your e-mail. Post your documents on other sites and include a copyright with a link to your site. If you have any other boards include a button in footers or if your friend has one. If people in the support forum have trouble give them help and at the bottom of pm's add a link to your site and say get proboards help or something like that. Make sure you have linked image siggy that's colorfull and flashy so everyone will see it in the topic. That should help you get more members

Why don't you make a forum that says Help of How-To ProBoards. Then people may ask questions there. Until that the people will post in GT of questions they need.
