1. Add your web address to your email/forum signature.
2. Add your site to a "free for all links page". This may or may not help a whole lot, but you do get to see a really long list.
3. Tell all of your friends about it. Word of mouth can be a great way to get more visitors/members.
4. Trade links with other web sites like yours.
5. Join other people's forum. They may want to return the favour.
Don't spam. People will just get more annoyed, and will never return to your forum.
